Terms of Service
1) Booking and confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed once we agree on the scope, date, time, and price.
- Quotes are based on the details provided. If the condition or scope differs upon arrival, we may need to adjust the time or price. We will discuss this with you first.
2) Pricing and minimum hours
- Regular home cleaning is priced from £19 per hour, minimum 2 hours.
- Deep cleans are priced from £22 per hour, minimum 3 hours.
- Office cleaning is priced from £20 per hour, based on the agreed scope, minimum 2 hours.
- Final pricing is confirmed before the service starts.
3) Customer supplies and equipment
- Customers provide cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum and a mop, where required.
- If supplies are not available on arrival, we may be unable to complete the service as expected, or we may need to adjust what can be completed within the booked time.
4) Access, keys, and entry
- Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time.
- If keys are provided, instructions must be clear. Any special access requirements should be shared in advance.
5) Cancellations and rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on the timing and whether a cleaner has already been assigned and travelled.
6) Safety and working conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is unsafe, for example, hazards, aggressive behaviour, or unsanitary conditions that were not disclosed.
- We do not handle hazardous materials unless agreed in advance.
7) Service standards and re-clean policy
- If something is missed, please notify us as soon as possible.
- We will make every effort to return within 48 hours to address the issue.
- This applies to areas included in the agreed scope.
8) Damage and breakages
- Accidents are rare, but if something is damaged, please report it promptly with details and photos where possible.
- We will investigate and respond fairly.
- JJ Cleaning Service clients and employees are insured by insurer PolicyBee.
9) Parking and additional costs
- If parking is paid, restricted, or not available, parking costs may be added where applicable.
- We will confirm this before the service starts.
10) Privacy
We respect your privacy and will use your contact details only to manage your quote, booking, and service communications.

13) Cookies
