JJ Cleaning Services was founded by Jovita, a woman known for resilience, bold energy, and a deep care for people. She built the business over more than two decades, growing it from a one‑person operation into a trusted team.

Jovita had a habit of showing up for people, even when she had every reason not to. Friends, clients, neighbours, even strangers, there are story after story of Jovita helping, encouraging, feeding, guiding, or simply being there when someone needed a steady hand.

Reinvention and courage

Jovita rebuilt her life more than once. She adapted through difficult times, then made the brave decision to come to the UK to provide for her family. She worked hard, kept the family standing through grief, and still found a way to build something that served others. Jovita built this business step by step, starting on her own and growing it into a trusted team. She cared about the details because details are where trust lives. She treated homes and workplaces with respect and clients as people, not as jobs.
Her standard was simple, do it properly, communicate clearly, and leave things better than you found them. If a customer needed something extra, and it was within reach, she found a way.

Selfless care

Friends and clients remember her generosity and practical help. She made people feel looked after, often without being asked, and she did it with warmth and humour.

If you knew Jovita, you would know she had humour that cut through the heaviness. She had big hugs, big warmth, and a “no negotiation” welcome. The kind where you are pulled in, and before you know it, you are getting three kisses, delivered with speed and love. Efficient. Non-refundable.

She also had that wonderful one-word review, “Jeeesusss”, her way of saying, “Look at that, how brilliant is that?” It was pure Jovita, present, delighted, and completely herself.

After Jovita’s passing in November 2025, her daughter is taking over and growing the business. The goal is simple, keep the same standards and heart that earned customers’ trust, and build a stronger company that supports both clients and cleaners.
