How quickly do you respond?

Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Regular home cleaning requires at least 2 hours. Deep cleans have a minimum of 3 hours. Office cleaning is priced based on the agreed scope.
How do you price the cleaning?
We price based on size, condition, frequency, access, and any extras requested. We confirm the final scope and price before we start.
What are your rates?
Regular home cleaning is from £19 per hour, deep cleans are from £22 per hour, and office cleaning is from £20 per hour. Final pricing is confirmed after a few quick questions.
Do you charge for parking?
If parking is paid or difficult, parking costs may be added where applicable. We will confirm before the cleaning.
What if something is missed?
Tell us quickly, and we will make every effort to return within 48 hours to put it right.
Can you clean outside business hours for offices?
Yes, subject to availability. Many offices prefer early mornings or evenings.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Please give as much notice as possible so we can adjust the schedule. If the rescheduled request is within 24 hours, cleaning will be charged as usual.
